Edwina Trout is Co-founder and Principal in Partners in Peak Performance. She is an organizational development professional and has assisted many different companies in growing customer loyalty through developing the business team. She facilitates workforce development programs to enhance employee retention and customer satisfaction and brings extensive experience in the development of strategic business plans to enhance organizational effectiveness. Trout is highly experienced in needs assessments, design and implementation of educational workshops and programs, training, employee relations, and operations management.
